The tasting takes place in a relaxed setting, often outdoors, and offers a moment to learn about the vineyard, the land, and the story behind each bottle, best enjoyed together, at an unhurried pace.

Home-cooked dinners at the villa

No crowded restaurants, no rushing around.
Upon request, our villa staff can prepare home-cooked dinners inspired by Sicilian tradition, using fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
These relaxed evenings are ideal for:

An honest, shared moment, where food becomes a way to connect, talk, and understand a way of life from the past. This is not a show or a performance. Our cooking class is about passing on a family recipe, the kind once taught by a grandmother, made with simple ingredients and patient hands.
Guests cook together, work with their hands, and take the time to reflect on how Sicilian life used to be: slower, more practical, and deeply connected to what was available at home.

The villages of the Nebrodi area offer a glimpse into a more authentic, slow-paced Sicily. We recommend visiting nearby historic town centers, with stone streets, panoramic viewpoints, and small local shops.
